Spend 2–4 days living alongside an Indigenous Sámi reindeer-herding family in the Stilla region of Finnmark.
This is a quiet autumn immersion shaped by reindeer, nature, culture and silence — not staged activities.
Autumn in the Arctic is calm, colourful and deeply grounding. In the Stilla region, open valleys, rivers and glowing tundra create the setting for a slow-life stay with a Sámi reindeer-herding family.
Days follow the herd and the season: checking on the reindeer, preparing for winter, gathering firewood, walking the tundra, sharing meals and learning through real daily life.
There is no fixed tourist program and no performances. Weather, daylight and reindeer movement shape each day. Evenings are spent by the fire or in the lavvu with coffee, stories, quiet conversation and time beneath the Arctic sky.
On clear autumn nights, there is a strong chance of seeing the Northern Lights.
