Join an exclusive 5-day Easter journey to Kautokeino, where you experience the Sámi Easter Festival from the inside — with hotel or hut accommodation and a choice of fully guided or self-guided packages.
Every Easter, Kautokeino becomes the cultural heart of Sápmi. This 5-day Wednesday–Sunday experience brings you into the festival not as a spectator, but as a welcomed guest, with time to explore the atmosphere, attend events and experience Sámi community life where it is actually lived.
Across the festival days, guests can experience reindeer racing, traditional competitions, joik concerts, cultural performances, art exhibitions and duodji handicraft markets. Depending on the package you choose, you may either explore independently or join a more supported experience with guiding, cultural access and private family visits.
Accommodation is offered either in a modern hotel or in a simple traditional hut, making the journey flexible for different travel styles. On clear evenings, there may also be opportunities to see the Northern Lights.

We offer a range of small-group experiences throughout the year, including reindeer encounters, seasonal herding activities, slow-life cultural experiences, Arctic nature tours and Northern Lights excursions.
Our experiences focus on genuine encounters, respect for nature and culture, and giving visitors a deeper understanding of Sámi life in the Arctic.
